DISA Sends Encore II Bidders A Valentine On Feb. 14, the Defense Information Systems Agency issued a notice on the Encore II IT Solutions request for proposal delaying the bid deadline for the $13 billion procurement of hardware and software to convert legacy systems to the Net-Centric Enterprise Services program. DISA still hopes to celebrate May Day by awarding the multiple-contract deal by May 1, but that might prove tough.
